What are some skin care companies that have independent consultant programs similar to Avon?

I am interested in looking into skin care/beauty companies that offer a sales rep program (personal discounts + commission on sales). What are the names of some I could look into? I am a licensed esthetician and am looking into different opportunities. I'm also interested in skin care product lines that are hiring regional consultants as well.
